Founder Jeroen Celis' career began as a business engineer specializing in management information systems. Starting with his first international SAP user experience at Diageo, he transitioned to SAP project roles at Bridgestone, beginning as a business analyst. During this time, he built a strong foundation in designing, optimizing, and managing complex systems while integrating business processes. Jeroen evolved his expertise at a boutique consulting firm serving large-scale clients, taking on increasingly strategic responsibilities. One of his proudest achievements as a solution architect was designing and implementing the first-generation end-to-end Clinical Trial Supply Management solution in SAP, showcasing his ability to connect intricate processes into cohesive, efficient solutions through collaboration and innovation.
Despite his technical success, Jeroen felt a need to address deeper, people-centered dynamics. This realization led him to establish his own business, shifting into change management roles where he observed that traditional approaches often remain reactive and surface-level. While these approaches emphasize the “people side,” they frequently fall short of addressing the cultural, relational, and systemic challenges necessary for sustainable transformation. Jeroen began developing proactive frameworks that integrate strategy, design, and execution, enabling consistency, early course corrections, and the prevention of downstream rework.
Through this journey, he discovered that many change initiatives neglect critical dimensions of human dynamics, limiting their potential. While traditional change management provides value, Jeroen experienced it as optimized damage control rather than a means of unlocking human and organizational capability. Determined to reimagine his approach, he immersed himself in Conscious Change Leadership, Integral Theory, and adult development. Recognizing that challenges often stem from misalignment, disconnectedness, and inadequate impact assessment, he expanded his practice to include Integral Coaching. This addition brings a holistic, human-centered approach that complements his consulting services, addressing the more profound challenges leaders and teams face.
Today, Jeroen integrates transformational change consulting, integral coaching, and fractional leadership services to empower leaders and organizations. His work emphasizes proactive, meaningful change tailored to each unique context, aligning strategic goals with human potential and fostering intentional connection. His approach is deeply rooted in integrity, fairness, courage, and connectedness.
Jeroen co-founded the non-profit ACMP Metro & Eastern New York, where he served as Director and Board Process Leader through 2023. The chapter is formally affiliated with ACMP Global, the Association of Change Management Professionals that created the Standard for Change Management and the CCMP™ certification. Beyond his primary professional endeavors, Jeroen is involved in angel startup investment and advisory and enjoys co-creating music as a guitarist and singer in an alternative rock band. Originally from Belgium, he is now a Belgian-American residing in New York City with his wife.
